Personal Profile
I obtained a Computer Science degree in 2013 and i am PhD-student from 2015 at University of Vigo ,a being member of the SING research group (Next Generation Computer Systems Group) since 2013. Currently I am working in the field of development of Intelligent Tools for Integrated and Specialised Views of Clinical Bibliome at University of Vigo, under Dr. Anália Lourenço García and Dr. Martin Krallinger supervision.
The combination of Text mining techniques, data mining techniques and Life sciences (especially Bioinformatics) defines my main research line. I am also specialized in the development of web applications (PHP, SQL,Javascript, css, etc) and java applications.

Markyt development
2012 - Present
What is Markyt? Markyt is able to annotate biomedical texts using different annotation classes. You only need a server with php technology and one database to annotate documents with a browser.
BiofOmics development
2013 - 2014
BiofOmics is a novel platform for the systematic and large-scale compilation, processing and analysis of biofilm data from high-throughput experiments.
Antimicrobial Combination development
2014 - Present
Antimicrobial Combination web introduces the curation pipeline combining text mining, manual curation, and graph analysis that we have implemented to produce the first ever network reconstruction of AMP-drug combinations.
PCQuorum
2014 - present
The PCQuorum database reconstruct the interplay modulating the bacterial fungal cross-talk between Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in VAP infection.
SINGulator
2015 - Present
SINGulator This work presents a molecular-scale agent-based model for the simulation of enzymatic reactions at experimentally measured concentrations.
BeCalm
2016 - Present
BeCalm is a platform to visualise, predict and benchmark biomedical entity recognition between independent automatic prediction systems.
